Glenfarclas Sunrise
40ml Glenfarclas 105, 3 drops of Regans’ No 6 Orange Bitters, 15ml Grande Absente Absinthe, 60ml Mandarin Juice, Ice, Strip of orange skin, A slice of orange.
In a highball glass with lots of ice pour in all the above ingredients except orange slice and strip of orange skin, and stir well. Flame esters from orange skin into the glass (discard skin), then garnish with a slice of orange.

Glenfarclas Royale
20ml Glenfarclas 105 Cask Strength, 20ml Chambord Raspberry Liqueur, Champagne.
Pour the whisky and liqueur into a tall Champagne glass, top up with Champagne. Don’t stir.

Glenfarclas Serenity
30ml Glenfarclas 105 Cask Strength, 30ml Lazzaroni Amaretto, Juice of half a lime, 2 drops of GreenTabasco, 1 x Basil leaf.

Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with lots of ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a basil leaf.

Farclasier
50ml Glenfarclas 105, 25mls Antica Formula, Dash of Angostura bitters, and a snap of orange. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass and snap the orange zest over the top.
